Pest Control Inspection
When you call McCauley Ag & Pest for pest control, we will communicate with you about your pest problem and conduct a thorough inspection of the premises to identify the pests on your property and any damage they’ve caused. We’ll also assess the potential for future infestations.
Your First Pest Control Service
After the inspection, your pest control technician will recommend a service plan or a one-time treatment. A typical service plan includes spraying the perimeter, spider web removal, spraying interior baseboards and crevices, as well as bait gels and wall void treatments when appropriate.
This initial service will significantly reduce the pests on your property and may eliminate them temporarily. However, in order to keep them from coming back, an ongoing service is usually recommended.
Pesticide treatment breaks down over time which eventually reduces the protection around and inside your home. Additionally, eggs are continuously hatching in surrounding areas. The new insects can reach maturity and breed relatively quickly.
As this new population grows, some pests will eventually search for food, water, and shelter on your property. Regular preventative treatment will keep a low insect population in the surrounding areas of your property, and reduce any chance of them entering your home.
