This is the first time in 6 months since we out a sign on our door saying please do not ring the door bell baby is sleeping and this gentleman was respectful enough to not knock or ring the doorbell and pick up the phone and call us to let us know he arrived to do the job. Arice is our technician so if you need someone to help he's your guy. He also has gone above and beyond to help us out here at our home. He had cleaned the cobwebs in the patio along with spraying around the house. Thank you for being respectful to our family as well as doing awesome work.

We moved into a home that backs up to open space. There were rats in the attic & a fair number of spiders & silverfish. McCauley's did a great job of dealing with all of them. 2 months later we noticed ratatouille sticking his head out from the tile roof. Glenn & Trent came back out and verified no new activity in the attic. They also sealed up the tiles that were allowing access.
We are impressed with their knowledge & customer service. And, they are pleasant to deal with! We have hired them for monthly service.

After a neighborhood recommendation, we reached out to McCauley for spider issues. Our service is $85 every 2 months. Best price around. They will spray inside at no cost, if desired.

I am pleased to say not ONE spider in our home since we have used McCauley!! Jock is not only professional, he is very thorough when spraying. The bi-weekly communication is on point and shows up for the appointment on time.

I would highly recommend this family business!

We at A. Meadows Property Management use McCauley Agricultural & Pest Control for almost all of our residential pest control and rodent control needs. The girls in the office are always beyond helpful and very communicative. They always set appointments in a timely fashion and when we have emergency issues they can always accommodate a quick appointment time. We've had McCauley spray for pest for a couple of years now. There have been a variety of people come (all very nice) to spray however today we had Donald for the first time. He did an excellent job, asked questions and covered all the areas we asked. Very friendly and polite. Sure hope we get Donald on our next scheduled appointment.

When we moved to Brentwood 1 year ago we had a roach and spider issue, which I heard is typical of new developments, so I researched a lot of the local pest control companies and chose 5 of them to contact for quotes. McCauley's quote and terms (no contract, just a signed agreement to place materials on our property) made the best sense for us, and we wanted to support a local business as well.

We are very happy with their service and our pest problem has virtually disappeared. We have had friendly, responsive, and overall excellent service from the main office and technicians.

Jock has been our technician since December and we had Gio before that. Jock thoroughly explains the treatment beforehand and kindly addresses any questions/concerns we have.

Giovanni is our awesome technician !!! His first visit, he introduced himself, asked what our concerns and issues were and began working. He confirms a date and timeframe, and if it is not convenient, we call the office and he will work around a better schedule for us. This is awesome !!! We are very happy with the pest services he has done for us, now three times. He is very thorough and wants to make sure we are in agreement with his work, before and after. Any other things that we need addressed, he does so with a smile !!! From our initial phonecall, they were very responsive and came out to review what we needed in a very short timeframe.
